1. The “enduro-quest.com” gift certificate (hereinafter referred to as the “Gift Certificate”) is an electronic voucher that has an individual identification number (order number) and gives the Bearer the right to use the services of the “enduro-quest.com” service within the limits specified in the certificate amounts.
2. A gift certificate cannot be used to receive funds. If the service specified in the Gift Certificate was not provided due to weather conditions or the cancellation was made by the Provider (Contractor), then this service will be transferred to another date.
3. The gift certificate is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of purchase. After the specified period, the unused Gift Certificate is canceled. Funds for canceled Gift Certificates are not refundable.
4. The Gift Certificate can be used by the Bearer only once. From the moment the Gift Certificate is used and the Provider (Contractor) provides the service, its validity is terminated.
5. In the event that the Provider (the Provider providing the service) increases the cost of this tour, the company “enduro-quest.com” reserves the right to request an additional payment of the difference from the Provider, and the Client undertakes to pay it additionally.
